10 5. Academy Support Center must assign the role of Academy Support Advisors to at least two people (primary and backup) and the role of Academy Support Center Contact to at least one person. The Academy Support Contact is Cisco`s primary point of contact for operational tasks, general communication and feedback. The Academy Support Advisor is the primary point of contact for academy administrators and trainers in need of assistance. 6. All Academy Support Advisors in an Academy Support Center must complete the accreditation process in order to offer the Academy Orientation Course. 7. Academy Support Centers may not have more than three valid complaints from academies supporting them within 12 months. 8. All individuals associated with an Academy Help Desk must accept and comply with the Website User Agreement and the NetAcad Copyright Permissions Accredited Career College Institution Policies To qualify as an Accredited Career College, an institution must be a for-profit post-secondary institution in the United States or Canada accredited by a regional or national accreditation agency.

Accreditation status is confirmed by Cisco as part of the Accredited Career College Academy Policies Accredited Career College (ACC) application process Academies must comply with all Academy guidelines listed in Section 2.2. In addition, they must accept: payment of fees, as described in the fee schedule of the Cisco Networking Academy Accredited Career College Program. Continued accreditation by a national or regional accredited accreditation body Accredited Career College Instructor Training Center ACC ITCs guidelines are required to comply with all Instructor Training Center guidelines listed in section 2.3. In addition, they must maintain accreditation by a national or regional accreditation body Accredited Career College Academy Support Center Policies ACC ASCs must comply with all Academy Help Desk policies listed in section 2.4. NetAcad Licensing Program To qualify for the NetAcad Licensing Program (NLP), a company must be a for-profit institution based outside of the United States or Canada. The for-profit name of an institution is defined by the regional or local representative of Cisco NetAcad Licensing Program Academy Policies academies participating in the NetAcad Licensing Program (NLP) must comply with all academic guidelines listed in section 2.2. .
